This mazesoba is made under the supervision of Kokoro. Medium-thick Chinese noodles are mixed with a spicy soy sauce-based sauce and topped with stir-fried minced meat, green onions, egg yolk sauce, chopped garlic, chopped nori, bean sprouts, and dried bean sprouts.
